Poor sound with plug in CarPlay but not Bluetooth

I was having an issue with the sound being muffled in the whole car when I was plugged into Apple CarPlay. I tried looking online for a fix but none of it worked. Untill I accidentally hit the Siri button on the car and once she went off the problem was fixed and the sound came back to normal.

Bluetooth cutting in and out during playing music or other media through the car speakers. I have a 2010 E 350. About a month ago, only media sound would cut in and out through the car speaker, while using bluetooth. Phone calls worked fine. The solution was: changing the name of my iphone in settings. I found the solution, here in apple discussions; however it would not let me post to the old thread.

Bluetooth Audio in Car stuttering Since upgrading from my iPhone XS to the iPhone 14 Pro Max I've been having issues where if my phone is in the car paired to my stereo sitting in it's cradle while moving that the audio will stutter. I've found that removing it from the phone holder I have will fix the issue. I think it may be a issue with the Accelerometer or Gyroscope being over stimulated by vibrations or bouncing on bumpy roads. Anyone else seeing these issues or found a way to fix it?
