Apple Arcade 3-Month trial ruining Family plan

I already have apple Arcade through family plan and yet when I go to play a game it asks me to take the 3 month free subscription, when I go to redeem it states I already have arcade, leaving the cycle to repeat.

Essentially I’m entirely incapable of using anything Apple Arcade related due to this issue as it presents the prompt whenever I click on the app.

If you're experiencing issues with your Apple Arcade 3-month trial affecting your Family Sharing plan, here are some steps you can take to resolve the problem:

  1. Check Family Sharing Settings: Ensure that your Family Sharing settings are configured correctly. Go to Settings on your iOS device, tap on your name at the top, then select "Family Sharing." Make sure that all family members are listed correctly and that the Family Sharing plan is active.
  2. Verify Apple Arcade Subscription Status: Check the status of your Apple Arcade subscription. Open the App Store on your iOS device, tap on your profile picture in the top right corner, then tap on "Subscriptions." Make sure that your Apple Arcade subscription is active and properly configured.
  3. Contact Apple Support: If you're still experiencing issues, it's best to contact Apple Support directly for assistance. They can help troubleshoot the problem and provide guidance on resolving any billing or subscription-related issues.
  4. Restart Devices: Sometimes, simply restarting your devices can help resolve temporary glitches or issues. Try restarting your iOS devices and see if that resolves the problem.
  5. Review Terms and Conditions: Review the terms and conditions of the Apple Arcade 3-month trial offer to ensure that you're following all requirements and eligibility criteria. There may be specific conditions that need to be met in order to activate the trial without affecting your Family Sharing plan.
  6. Consider Account Consolidation: If you have multiple Apple IDs or accounts, consider consolidating them to avoid conflicts with your Family Sharing plan. Having multiple accounts can sometimes cause confusion or billing issues.
  7. Check Payment Methods: Ensure that the payment method associated with your Apple ID is valid and up to date. If there are any issues with your payment method, it could affect your ability to access certain features or services, including Apple Arcade.
