Accidentally clicked a suspicious link from Messages

Hi! I accidentally clicked a suspicious link from a message while I was blocking and clearing messages on my iphone. Before the site could load, I promptly closed the tab and continued clearing messages. But while doing so, I did hear 2 clicks on my phone while blocking numbers and the Messages App Using the microphone.

Per some advise I got from searching through the internet when accidentally clicking suspicious links, I have done the following:

1. Clear data and cache in Safari
2. Updated IOS version

Would like to know if my phone is now compromised or vulnerable to hacking?
