Your 'itunes:image' is at https://deow9bq0xqvbj.cloudfront.net/image-logo/17978325/Ethos_asks84rxv.png. It is 500 x 500 px and so far too small.
You have another version of the image in the 'itunes:image' tag within your episode tags, at https://deow9bq0xqvbj.cloudfront.net/ep-logo/pbblog17978325/Ethos_asks_hpbc43.jpg - however this is not the image which is in question, but the one I mentioned above. It is 2976 x 2976 px and so is acceptable.
If you post the URL of your feed I will look at it and see if there's a problem.
