I continue to receive the following error in Apple Podcast Connect even when artwork has been resized to spec, dpi accurate and filenames updated.
Art - Artwork must be 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.
Any help is appreciated!

I'm afraid your image fails on a number of points. it is at
It is 1080 x 1080px and thus too small. The minimum is 1400 x 1400. The file size is 1.3MB: if must be less than 500kB. And it has a alpha channel, which it should not (there's nothing actually in it but you need to flatten it).

I cannot assess the problem unless you post the URL of your feed. If you already did so and it was removed please say so and I'll chase it, and try again.
I'm afraid what you posted doesn't help. I've emailed them and asked them to either resotre it or allow you to post it again (I don't think it's actual policy to delete feed URLs but it does happen sometimes). Give it a bit and if the URL doesn't reappear try again. Make sure that it is the URL you submitted to Podcasts Connect.
