I am trying to upload my podcast from Podbean. I'm getting this error "Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."
My image is 3000x3000 pixels, JPG, and 954KB.

It is 1120 x 1120 px - the mimum requirement is 1400 x 1400. Also the file size is 762 kB: it must be less than 500kB. If you are sure your original image is 3000 x 3000 px you will need to take this up with Podbean. I've seen this situation before, though I cannot image why Podbean would reduce the size of an image to below what they must know is the minimum size.
