Apple Watch SE can't make or receive calls when Internet/SMS is working

I understand that the Apple Watch SE is supposed to have cellular service from Truphone. You have stated that Internet/FaceTime and SMS are working well. You cannot make or receive calls on your Apple Watch SE. Do I understand your post correctly?

Does the internet and SMS work on the Apple Watch when it is NOT connected to a Wi-Fi Network? If the cellular service works, then Internet and SMS messaging should work without a Wi-Fi connection. If the Apple Watch SE does not work over a cellular connection and you have cellular service from Truphone for it, then you should contact TruPhone and re-activate the cellular service on the Apple Watch.

Hi, we are having the same issue, albeit that my son's Apple Watch is an 8 but was NOT replaced, but rather simply stopped receiving and sending calls. TruPhone is useless and have no phone to speak to anyone. Their direction was to wipe the phone, re-install e-sim etc. We have now done this 3 times with the most recent being just now where we waited a prolonged period with each step to ensure everyting had been wiped, rebooted and ready. There is something wrong with their service but they show no interest in fixing it. We have engaged the Australian Telco Ombudsman!. For completeness we have also been to Apple and also to the telco provider for the mobile which the family config is running on. They say the devices phone and watch are all fine. Issue is Truphone. Are others also experiencing issues
