Inaccurate timer in School-mode on Apple Watch SE

I have problem adjusting the time/clock in school-mode for my kid's watch (Apple Watch SE). I tried to adjust multiple times, but I can't seem to get it right. For example, when I set the school-mode time to start at 8 and ends at 3, the school mode activates at the correct time, but it doesn't end when it supposed to end at 3. It tend to ends a few minutes after (it's off by a lot). Any suggestion?

How to unpin timers on apple watch. Not even edit works. All of a sudden all my timers on my iWatch have a yellow pin in them and I am unable to unpin them. Sometimes they are white but most are yellow. I went to bottom and clicked on edit but nothing is working. I followed all instructions I could find but nothing is working. Very annoying.
