Signing in to AppleTv+ app on my Hisense TV model 55U6GR5. I try to sign in and it doesn't let me. Only an icon going round and round.

I have a paid up account and I can see movies on my phone but not on my TV. I was able to see them on tv in January and then it stopped. I don't understand why.

Watching Apple TV bought films on a Samsung TV using the Apple TV+ app. I have Apple devices, iPhone, iPad, etc. Last week I purchased a new movie (Fly Me To The Moon) on my iPad and watched it there. I now want to watch it again on my regular Samsung TV via the Apple TV+ app which works for most things. I've signed in and I can't see any of my purchased movies. I have a basic menu and can access things that are free with my subscription but with no option to purchase anything that would be chargeable. So I searched for Fly Me To The Moon and it comes up and says: "Coming at a later date" which suggests it can't allow me to watch it here. I would expect that if I'd bought something (several movies as well as Fly Me) that I would be able to watch them on a big tv screen rather than my iPad only. iPads can't broadcast to a big screen either (I assume Apple prevents that) so I can't view that way. Is this a limitation of the app on my Samsung? Is there a solution? If I invest in a small Apple TV box would that facilitate this and would it connect successfully and play through my Samsung TV? Watching movies from apple tv app So i bought, specifically, the hobbit extended version, the whole trio pack that i now have in my library on my phone in the tv app. The issue is, when i've subscribed to apple tv, i cannot stream the movies onto my samsung tv, despite the subscription linking back to my account upon my phone... aka i can see on my phone and "continue watching" what i watched on my tv but not watch the movies that i bought on my tv. The main issue is that i also cannot use shareplay or any kind of airplay on my samsung tv, no matter how much i look and research on the settings of my samsung tv or anything. so for now the movies that i've bought are only available for me to watch on my teeny tiny phone screen, instead of watching Lee Pace on a big screen which totally sucks and idk if the system is crap or if i'm just too dumb to understand the underlying issue. either way i'd really love to get help for this since i've not even watched the movies on my phone and i might as well have them refunded if it has to be this big of a struggle to get onto my tv, and i could've saved my money... I hope someone can help me with this issue or inform me of where and who to contact to get help on some kind of refund since i haven't even gotten to watch them... thank you in advance :)

For Roku:

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.

Remove the Apple TV app,
Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device),
Wait 30 seconds,
Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in,
Reload the Apple TV app.

Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.

If the issue persists after that, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
