Fail to transfer octopus to Apple Wallet

Trying to transfer existing octopus card to Apple Wallet. Error message showed "octopus card does not support Apple Pay".

I have added a new octopus to my wallet but I want to transfer what I have on the old one here.

I cannot connect my octopus on my card, I even tried to add my card through the octopus app, but I cannot I cannot connect octopus through Apple Pay on my wallet app

Apple Wallet Greetings! I seem to have a problem connecting my card to Apple Pay. When I press “ ” add the card or send me to “learn more” page and doesn’t allow me to actually complete the procedure.
