on any apple iphone siri when asked for my office number siri gives out only address but not phone number what is solution ?

You may want to check whether the phone number is listed in the "Contacts" Card for your Office:
If needed: In the Contacts app:
Tap the contact, then tap Edit.
Enter the phone number.
Tap Done.
