Pubg mobile is stealing your money

I’ve been playing the game a little over five years and I’ve lost countless uc that I never spent or open any crates, but my uc was gone after contacting customer support No response at first then a generic message about how I should be careful and spending, and that all transactions are recorded but upon checking purchase history, there is none because Pub G system is down and they are not keeping track of any transactions which is quite suspect and works to Pubg benefit because the only people winning from this is them. There’s really nothing for us to do other than cry about it because when you contact Google, they take forever to respond to you and nothing comes out of it. Is anybody else facing this BS thanks
