Converting Apple Music to mp3

I just bought a shokz to listen to music while I swim. How do I convert Apple Music to mp3 format so I can download music to my shokz?

I want to download my favorite tunes to swim laps too, but I find that most won't convert from Apple's format to MP3. Some of it is music that I loaded to iTunes years ago, before Apple Music. Note that you can’t convert music obtained from an Apple Music subscription.
