I’m desperately trying to get my original information from my iCloud account but it doesn’t let me get past the phone number verification code that I no longer have in service to I need help immediately with the tips on how to successfully get my account recovered.

You might want to try logging in to your Apple ID account online to change your phone number.

Eg: You may be able to get a verification code sent to an email address you have listed, or if you have another "trusted" device, you could likely get a verification code from that to use:
