All apps that need to use my camera can’t access it, I have tried to change the settings but didn’t find any clue and now my WhatsApp says it can’t access my contacts as well please I need help

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera > and turn on camera access for any app you want to have access to your camera. Also in Privacy & Security, tap Contacts and grant access to WhatsApp for contacts.
