How do I get my education bundle codes?

I ordered the education bundle, paid for it and everything, got a conformation email saying they will send me the codes through email shortly.... that was 4 days ago... I haven't received anything else from apple in the last 4 days, nothing in spam either, ive also checked in the App Store and does not say I purchased the apps or anything... is there a way to force these codes? something I need to do? something I need to check? is this normal?

Missing Apple TV+ offer Hey, I bought few days ago new iPhone and I got e-mail that I have free 3 months of subscryption of Apple TV+. I even saw it in mobile app. Today i wanted to redeem and i don’t see that offer. Anybody knows? I am pretty sure that i had 3 months to do it. :/ [Edited by Moderator]
