My battery is really slow at charging and doesn’t charge when using a cord. Also, when I’m on FaceTime the battery goes down even if it’s on a wireless charger. I need a solid answer.

No. There is no such thing as a "battery virus". For that matter, there are no viruses in the wild that can infect an iPhone that has not been jailbroken.
What does it say for your battery health in Settings>Battery?
A battery is just a battery. Just like in your flashlight. In short, there is no possible way in the world a battery can be infected with any type of malware.
It's far, far more likely the battery is simply wearing out.
