Mouse on Apple Air M2 freezes using Sidecar with an iPad Pro

Everytime I I active Sidecar with screen mirroring as as separate display with an iPad Pro, using my Apple Air M2, the mouse freezes for a couple of seconds constantly. In the beginning the iPad is workking as a separate display but after a minute, the mouse on my M2 starts to freeze for a couple of seconds, like 3 seconds. For me it seems that is not only the mouse that freezes but also all the M2 as a computer. And then it repeat this behaviour every minute so it is very unsusable.

Have you had this problem also? Did you come up with a solution?

I am using:

Apple Air M2 with Sonoma 14.3

iPad Pro 2nd gen 16.6

Please help!!!
