My iPhone has had several episodes lately of the screen freezing. Rebooting doesn't seem to help. It seems to unfreeze in its own time frame. Apple support ran a diagnostics test and said there is no hardware problem. They could only offer to see an Apple technician. Anyone else with this issue?

Thanks. Already tried these suggestions including contacting Apple support. They ran diagnostics on my hardware and said all was working. The issue has not happened again since my last post but it is random. My latest effort is to turn off background refresh on my apps. I just did this yesterday so I'll see if this does anything to alleviate the issue (just shooting in the dark here).
