Duplicate device in Apple ID list with different serial numbers.

Hi all

I have a duplicate device in my Apple ID account list, which I’ve seen from other community questions is pretty common and not a major problem. The curious part of my situation is that the duplicate devices (iPhone 13 mini) have different serial numbers?! They also state different IMEI numbers and different versions of iOS installed.

I have only ever owned 1 iPhone 13 mini, never had it refurbished, never used someone else’s similar device to login to my Apple ID and they both state my name in the device list!

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on? Could it be a glitch after an iOS update? How can a device change its serial number?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
