After recent update Apple Pay is not working on my iPhone 8

After updating on 24/02/24 my Apple Pay in my wallet stopped. It will not allow me to reload. Message telling me that card is already in wallet. I have iPhone 8.

Have you done a forced restart of the iPhone?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
