I am using Mac book air (13" Early 2014) with macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6 and could't download latest version macOS Sonoma version 14.3.1 showing ERROR_247F14B404 during download from Apple Store.

Question

software update of macOS is not available in the notification now, only 5 incompatible updates are showing there.

Your MacBook Air (Early 2014) can only be upgraded to the latest version of macOS 11, Big Sur.
