Iphone 13 green line issue

I am having a green line issue. It started 1 months ago. In the beginning it was coming and going . Now for 4 days the line is constantly showing. I think it is because of the update of IOS 17. My warranty is finished. Will apple change the display without charge or I have to pay.

If I keep the line unfixed will it be more harmful?
