My iPhone 15 was stolen. Few days later the location shown on Find My was Tangier, Morocco. One week later I started receiving messages from a number saying that is APPLE 1(408)990-3030 asking for passwords and codes of access

Does APPLE itself calls costumers, whos iPhone got stolen, to ask for passwords for access?

I had a automated call from a number pretending that they are APPLE +1(408)990-3030 asking me for access codes to let me know the location of my stolen phone.

This is a scam from whoever has your phone hoping you'd believe it was from Apple and that you would give them the details they need. DON'T DO IT. If you give them what they need, they'll have the ability to erase your phone and either use it themselves or sell it. DON'T DO IT. Apple never sends such messages. ONLY Thieves do.
