Every time I try to save an AI. file I get the message: Can't save the illustration. You don't have enough access privileges. ID: -5000.
I've already tried to grant full disk access to the application but this doesn't work. Is there another way to fix this issue?

If it is a free trial you are using, you may not have saving privileges, so there's nothing to fix.
If you pay Adobe for a subscription, you may need to check their "Help" or "Support" pages in order to see what is needed to qualify for their access privileges ... eg: you may need an Adobe Log-in ID
