How can I report an app form the App Store for fraudulent charges?

The breeze mental health app has taken money from my account. First they took out a test amount of $1 then $19.99. I reported it to my bank as fraudulent. I received a refund as well as a new card. However I’m looking at my statement today & they are at it again!!!!! I looked at their reviews & I’m not the only one that has experienced this. How do I report this to apple? This app needs to go before they scam others.

Go to the App Store and find the App. You will find a link titled "Report A Concern". That is where you will want to report this.

I do see they offer free trials. You have to stay on top of those because if you do not stop the subscription 24 hours before it ends, then you will be charged. The app is definitely geared toward making money off of you, which is not a reason to have it removed, but if it does that fraudulently, then Apple needs to know.

Sounds like you subscribed to something. See, If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
