Refurbished airpods from amazon not working?

I just bought refurbished airpod pros from amazon. When the case is closed, it is green. When I open the case, the red light flashes. I charged them all night and the same issue continues and I cannot reset them or connect to them. What do I do??

Airpods pro max stopped working after one year Ive done the factory reset, charged them, and put them in the case in all different orders. Ive had these for exactly one year. None of it is working. Please help.

AIRPODS NOT LETTING ME RESET!!!!! my airpods are only showing a green light not allowing me to rese them (not letting white light to show up or amber) i have bought a replacement case but i do not know if my airpods are actually charging
