yesterday feb 26/24, my photos were deleted but i didn’t delete them on my own??? i tried looking it up and nothing helpful showed up but it did say “after IOS update, iphone reset/restore, or when the device storage is full. you may also lose photos….” i don’t get it. i don’t reset my phone? and my phone didn’t die or anything, and i just updated my phone a few minutes ago… but the photos still haven’t came back even though my icloud was synced, i have changed my apple id quite a few times due to app store “payment issues” but i never subscribed or payed for anything but robux. i really just want my photos back bc all my photos were pictures of my oldest cat i won’t have any memories of my cat anymore…. pls anyone if you know what to do pls help… :(

Did you change your Apple ID on the device?

When you switch Apple IDs on a device that has iCloud Photos enabled, rest assured that your photos stored in iCloud remain intact and won't be deleted. However, it's important to note that during the period when you are signed in with a different Apple ID, these photos won't be visible on the device. To regain access and visibility of your iCloud Photos, you'll need to sign back in with the original Apple ID associated with the iCloud account. This ensures a seamless transition without the risk of losing any of your valuable pictures stored in the iCloud repository.
