Multiple green circular spots on the front camera of my iPhone 15 Pro Max, intermittent problem
I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max a few weeks ago, I noticed that sometimes the front camera shows multiple green spots, which are visible in the camera app without having taken the picture, and also when taking pictures or recording videos. It doesn't matter the place, or the lighting of the room.
I thought it was the screen protector, I removed it and the issue persists.
I went to the authorized apple agent in my country (Venezuela) and they told me that it was most likely a software problem, they asked me to restore the phone. After restoring the phone the failure persists.
I went back to the apple authorized agent (claiming for the international warranty), they changed the TrueDepth Camera, I had to wait several days. After picking up my device and testing it at home, the issue still persists.
The technical service in my country (Venezuela) is very limited, there is only one authorized company, and I do not see that they have identified the real problem, besides they are not very friendly.
So, really Apple? Does anyone have a similar problem? I appreciate if someone can help me.
Note: I bought the phone in an Apple Store in Florida US.
