Podcast app request - drag order in up next

I love that the up next feed learns the order I like to listen to my daily podcasts but I want to quickly drag and drop the order in which they play. Currently, to do this, I have to add every podcast in the list to the queue, and THEN reorder. But what if the Up Next feed already knows the next four but I want to hear the fifth one in the list before the fourth one. Just let me drag it. Like, combine Up Next and Queue automatically.
