How do I backup my iPhone to MacBook Pro that is running with macOS Catalina without overwriting previous backups that is stored on the computer?
There are several backups showing on the “Device backups” dialog box in finder window and based on my research regarding this topic, I am able to see where the backup files are located using “~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/“ in another finder window.

From the Finder—
In order to save drive space recent iOS backs are over-written, unless you manually alter the name or from Manage Backups Control click and “Archive” the backup. Archive BU are not over written.
