I am trying to access my Library from my TV but it is not visible. I have restarted the app, and assured that I'm on the correct AppleID. How do I find my Library so that I can view my purchases on my TV instead of my mac?

Apple’s app on third party devices comes in two editions: the full Apple TV app (with Store and Library) and a specialized Apple TV+ app (note the Plus in the app name) (without Store and Library). Which one is available to you depends on the exact model device that you have. It is not user choice, but something that the manufacturer and Apple agreed on.

As alternative, you may connect (through HDMI) an external streaming device to your TV that supports the full Apple TV app. That can be an Apple TV box, Roku, Fire TV, PlayStation (4, 5), Xbox (One, One S, X, S), ‘Chromecast with Google TV’-dongle, or Nvidia Shield TV.
Thank you so much that makes total sense. And yes, I have the Apple TV+ app. So is there any way to import my library to that app or perhaps another way to stream what I already own onto that platform? Or am I just barking up the wrong tree? I really appreciate it.
