Facebook two factor authentication code

I have been locked out of my Facebook because I don’t have the two factor authentication codes. I have contacted them and they put it in recovery mode but then it still asks for those codes. Where do I get them? I can’t log into Facebook because of no codes. Is there something on my iPhone that will show it?

You'll need to ask Facebook where the codes are being sent.
