Is it still 70% isopropyl alcohol or something else? My last laptop screen became damaged after using only a microfiber cloth and 70% isopropyl alcohol. What are the best practices for keeping my screen pristine?

Honestly, I use a microfiber towel that's dampened with plain old water (wringing it out thoroughly after wetting it), then using that to clean the screen, followed by using a dry microfiber towel to buff it nice and shiny.
I wouldn't use anything with alcohol in it and risk damaging the screen.

In the rare instances when a simple damp microfiber towel isn't working, I use a product called Whoosh, which has never failed me.

Good idea because I can assure too much alcohol use does screw up the screen.
Wash your hands before using your computer and, occasionally, wipe the keyboard with a very damp microfiber cloth.
Also, never eat raspberries while using your computer.
