What brands of batteries work with AirTags?
I had searched for this and found out that DuraCell 2032 does not work.
I google and found that the OEM Panasonic 2032 works.
I went to my local dollar store looking for Panasonic 2032, but they only had Sunbeam 2032.
I can state that Sunbeam 2032, 3 for $1.25 CAD work. Not sure how long for but they work.
The key to the battery working is the little chirp when you inset the battery.

Any brand WITHOUT a child-protective bitterant coating should work.
I’ve personally used Energizers for 2x “replacement cycles”, but others in this forum have subsequently reported that they too NOW sport the bitterant coating as well.

Check the package labeling.
Pretty much any CR2032 will work, so long as it lacks bitterant.
Per some posted reports, at least some Sunbeam CR2032 batteries do include bitterant.
