I cannot delete a site from my Notification Center on my MacBook Pro.

I was recently redirected to a site that I believe is a scam and is now in my Notification Center. Has anyone heard of rutaxe.co.in? I cannot delete it, but did turn the notifications off on my MacBook Pro.

Anytime you allow a website to send you Notifications, a number of them will simply send you Spam and Advertisements. Go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications, and remove all the sites you have allowed notifications. That will eliminate the problem of a notification appearing in the upper right corner of your screen.
