fake McAfee notification on safari

While I was downloading audio from YouTube using Y2Mate (which seems to have always been fine before). A new tab opened with a human test and before I thought about I checked the box and it was gone. Now I get fake McAfee notifications. I found it in my Mac's notification settings called ' ask you Confirm that you're not a robot, you need click Allow'. (Shown in screen shot). I've turned the notification off but I'm not sure how to delete anything that has been sneakily downloaded. Even though this notification is off, it's annoying that it's listed at all. Please help me get rid of it.

Go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications, and remove the one that has the same gear icon.
