Help activating my esim

Contact your carrier for help with eSim. Do make sure your carrier actually supports eSim, which you can check in this link --> Find wireless carriers and worldwide service providers that offer eSIM service - Apple Support

Because there are so many differences between carriers, your best bet is to simply contact the carrier who provided the eSIM.
