December 2023, i took my iPhone 11 to do underwater selfies. Just quick dips. Then i went and turned off my phone afterwards and left to dry. The next day when i turned it back on. The display’s hue is cool, it hurts my eyes and when i checked the display settings. True Tone option is gone. My phone is in mint condition, no damages or repair history.

That's not actually true; rather your phone and display likely have water damage as your phone was never designed to take "underwater selfies."
You may wish to take your phone in to be examined, but and repairs will be at your own cost.

The phone is not in mint condition, you destroyed it when you took it underwater. Water damage is not fixable, time for a new phone.
iPhones are not waterproof, they are water and splash resistant under controlled laboratory conditions. This water resistance decreases as the phone gets used as you have found out.
