Profile pic randomly changes back and forth to Eagle and back to my iCloud one

Hmmm, I've not seen this before myself, but...

Start with this if IntelMac...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Next test. To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?

Check your user information in the Contacts application

What is appearing there ?

User wrote " sure it's conflicting preferences from iCloud and the MacBook or something, but there should be an easy way to remedy this, can I please get some help on this? I really dislike the eagle photo.

Does the User ( you ) have more than one Apple Device using the same Apple ID as the problematic computer ?

Do ALL devices have the same ever changing Avatar issue ?

Run 3 computers and 1 iPhone and ALL devices have the same Owl Avatar on all devices and yes all devices us the same Apple ID Account and iCloud is enabled on each one of them
