How to fix internet speed issues on Mac Mini M1 2020

Hello. On my mac mini the internet speed it reaches is up to 80-90mbps at 1000mbps. Both with ethernet cable and wifi. It is a workstation and all the other mac (iMac 2015, iMac 2019, Mac Mini M2, Macbook Air) all get it normally with both ethernet and wifi. Around 800-1000mbps. What could be the problem? Plugged in on it has only power cable, monitor with type-c cable, wacom tablet with USB and Apple bluetooth keyboard.

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

> It was the cable

What kind of Ethernet cable was it and what did solve it?

...in my basement I have a box with numerous old cables, many of which I don't really remember what they were used for although occasionally some cable is then put to good use after all... Among them there are some Ethernet cables with no spec info so I use them only in case of emergency and use $$ to buy known-vendor CAT6 cables for real use because our house is wired with that.

From 1000mbps that it should be catching, it locks at 90mbps. 2 days ago we changed the locatio, distance 2 meters. We didn't change anything else. But all other mac's are working normally in the space. The one in the previous location I didn't see what speed it was getting. Maybe it was like that before. It's just that now that it changed location I went into the process and checked it and saw that it has slow internet. I had already put in DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, now I put in the other 2. No difference.
