Apple ID/iTunes accounts from two regions - dual log in possible?

I lived in Australia for 15yrs, and now back in the US. I have an iTunes account for each country for the local apps, music, etc. Now that iPhones allow for Dual-Sims - I can technically use ONE phone for both countries now, which is great.

My question/concern: is there a way to get both Apple IDs/iTunes account on the same phone so that I can still have access to both?

I believe the best way is to put both Apple ID's into a family sharing so i can access both. However, this used to be restricted to being from the same region - so US to AUS was not an option. Has that changed by chance?

In essence, no. Although the phone can access multiple phone service providers, it still can only log into one Apple ID at a time and that can only be set to one country.

And again no, you can only share with others in the same country.

Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple

"All Family members must share the same Home Country."

Share purchases with others in your Family Sharing group

Share purchases with others in your Family Sharing group on Mac - Apple Support

"To share purchases, family members must be in the same iTunes Store country or region."
