How to create an iCloud account

I’m brand new to apple and using my iPhone a journalist attach wants to create safe emails and passwords because I’ve been hacked b4 I have a IPhone 13 ant suggestions appreciated.. I can’t get into any google accounts or email right now just want to set up a simple safe iCloud address first for personal later on for backup and business. T.y.
