Hi i have iphone 12mini and my battery health is terrible i bought it 1month ago at 100% now its on 93% in just one month how is that possible and apple wont help me or send me another battery because apparently this one is broken

The iPhone mini was discontinued in the second quarter of 2021 so it's at least 2 1/2 years old. It's been sitting around on a shelf somewhere or was sold to you used, so the battery is definitely not going to be in top shape.
93% isn't bad for a phone that is 2 1/2 years old. Apple will not give you a new battery, your phone is not in warranty, and it would have to fall below 80% in the first year of purchase.
