I recently had to purchase an upgrade due to my last dying on me out of nowhere. the screen was the only thing that was no longer working because I could still feel and hear my notifications coming through. I had not backed said phone up since 2022 and I am wondering since I have upgraded my storage, how do I go about getting that data out of the cloud?

Whether you have data in the cloud depends on whether you actually were syncing data with iCloud. Assuming you have your new iPhone, you would need to sign into it using the same Apple ID as you had on your previous Phone. Then open Settings > tap Your Name at the top > Tap iCloud > Turn on all options and whatever you may have synced on the previous phone, will then sync to your new phone. If you didn't use iCloud sync, you won't have any data to sync back to your new phone.
