Can I exchange damaged AirPods for new ones?

my airpod max are damaged and i want to use my coverage to get new ones but would they send me the exact same color or could i get a different color?

Does apple not sell replacement Airpod Pro cases? The case for my Airpod Pros has given up charging my airpods and I need a new case. I would rather not buy a whole new pair but it seems you cannot just order the case. I went through the service website and it only lets me order replacement earbuds and not just the case. Anyone know where I can get just the case? Apple wants to be carbon neutral and having me throw away my earbuds which work perfectly fine if they could charge doesn't seem very carbon neutral.

Airpods Max Color Change I bought A Sky Blue Airpods Max from the official apple amazon shop yesterday, is there a chance i can go to an actual apple store to replace my sky blue airpods max for a green airpods max? Do they allow you to exchange colors in an apple store if you bought it from amazon?

Warranty doesn’t cover physical damage.

Contact Apple for your options and charges for service.
