I was charged for iTunes bill I didn’t purchase

I checked my bank account and found out that I was charged with 1000 rubles from APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IRL, but I didn’t get any invoice and my purchase list is empty and I don’t have any active subscriptions. Everywhere is zero. Could it be a system bug? How do I get my money back?
