I cant link my cash card into apple pay for security reasons
Everytime I try to add my cash card into apple pay it says "card not added contact card issuer for more information"

Many “cash cards” are not made available for ApplePay by their issuers.
Quite a bit of effort (i.e. expense) is required of any card issuer to make their offerings “ApplePay Capable”
Have you contacted your card’s issuer as the on-device message suggested ?
