Transferring data from old iPhone XR to iPhone 13

I successfully transferred the data from my old iPhone XR to iPhone 13 — with the exception that the Notes did not transfer. I used the automatic transfer mode by placing both phones together.

ALL my notes from ALL my devices are now gone, with the exception of my XR phone (which no longer has the sim card). So how can I now Copy/Transfer those notes from my XR to my new phone & iPad & iMac?
