Disabling search bar

Is there a way to disable the search bar on my iPhone

I found that even when screen time is fully enabled and blocks any access to safari the search still works one hundred percent

Safari on iPhone switched off, but still showing up in search results I switched off Safari in the Screen Time > Allowed Apps section. I would expect that this blocks Safari completely. However, when I tap the Search field on the apps screen and enter a search string, the first result I get is the suggestion to search for this with Safari! When I click on it, Safari is starting. Any help appreciated, how can I block Safari completely?
